We love it here, it’s very peaceful! The neighborhood is quiet! Very close to the tanger outlets as well and the flea market which is very convenient! The staff is always so nice

So happy with our experience. Communication is amazing, maintenance is quick, neighbors always have smiling faces. So pleased! The whole move in process was quick and easy. And we can tell that the staff and residents take pride in this community.

My stay here has been great so far. The Staff is great and very friendly! I had one issue with Maintenance but overall it has been great! I will renew my lease again this upcoming year.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Process was easy and fast. We love the dog park and pool area. Everything seems tobe clean and taken care of.

I am extremely happy with my decision to move to The Pointe at Concord. The community here is truly something special. The apartments themselves are fantastic, but what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The dog park is a huge plus, offering a clean and well-maintained space for my furry friend to play and socialize. Beyond that, the pool, gym, and clubhouse are all top-notch. I've been able to take advantage of them regularly, and they've made a big difference in my daily routine. The management team also deserves a special shout-out. They're always planning exceptional resident events, from holiday parties to food truck nights, that make it easy to meet my neighbors and feel connected. The entire staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. This is more than just an apartment; it's a great community that I'm proud to call home.

From tour to application processing and moving in has been seamless and great experience. The office ladies are so wonderful! The Pointe at concord is beautiful, clean and quite place.
